You will find us on the Plose mountain, the local mountain of Brixen, where the Eisack valley displays its natural beauty, and heaven and earth are particularly close. Admire dark forests and soft meadows all around us. The Trametsch mountain hut is led by Roswitha and Andreas Ellemund and welcomes hikers and skiers all year round. You’ll arrive at the Trametschhütte after just a short walk from Plose valley station where you will also find a large parking lot (at costs).

Ice stadium, ice hall, and event location in Merano – the ice hall Meranarena is definitely not a place to be bored.

Ice skating for locals and visitors, location of national and international hockey cups, bavarian curling contests, figure skating, and much more. The ice hall of the Meranarena is open from July to April of the following year and allows visitors to go ice skating and sports clubs to train.
During the remaining months, the Meranarena is a very popular location for events, exhibitions, and concerts.

At the height of the winter season, children get together on the Laghetto di Fiè in the afternoons to take a turn on the ice in the skates they were given for Christmas. The idyllic location at the foot of the mighty Sciliar mountain is also a magnet for nature lovers in winter. The sun generally shines here and keeping active means that visitors have great fun here, despite the bitter frost.
